End of First Grade

We have LOVED Mrs. Gorum! She spoiled you rotten and you learned so much with her. I am expecially grateful because about mid-year you started to loose interest. She picked up on this quickly and decided to challenge you a little more. She put you in a special group of students you excel where you got to go for an hour to "Compass Learning". This was a computer course that worked along with your abilities so you felt challenged. I immediately saw your attitude toward school change and again you were excited to be going. You are one smart stinker and I know you are going to do great things!

Let's Go Rays

This year you played on a city baseball team. It was machine pitch and on the actual fields. You loved it more than I can tell you. I loved it because you loved it. I hope so much you can continue to excel at it! You loved playing catcher and usually were that position. Your team took first in their division and you got your first trophy. So proud of my not so little boy!
